BOB & AMY
Felton

We’ve been married for 34 years and have two adult children and two young grandchildren. Bob is a pastor, and Amy cleans houses for a living (mostly our three short-term rentals.) We enjoy traveling, entertaining, remodeling, and of course, playing with our grandkids! We spend our summers in a fifth-wheel camper on our property.

History of Glacier HillS

We purchased this property in 1997 and built the “Guest House” first. We lived there while we built our dream home at the top of the hill…“The Lodge” in 2001. Amy’s parents lived in the Guest House from 2001 until they moved back to Grand Rapids in 2016, at which time, we started renting it out as a vacation home. When we became empty-nesters we decided that The Lodge was way too big and functional to keep to ourselves, and so we decided to share it with the short-term rental community as well. Then, in August of 2020, we purchased “The Cottage” from our elderly neighbors who were moving downstate. That allowed us to re-route the driveway for The Lodge to a safer route…You’re welcome. Since then, we’ve remodeled most of the interior of The Cottage to give it a modern farmhouse feel.
